It can be caused by many factors so much internal as day pupils: 

Between the Internal Factors we have:

• Some diseases like Addisson's evil can cause freckles or spots in the skin. If this one absorbing a lot of iron this can stain the skin. Hormonal changes during the pregnancy are one of the reasons more common in the women, the same thing happens during the menopause. The deficiency of iron, calcium, Vitamin A, E y B also they can cause that the skin gets stains.

• Some products aggravate the problem as the use of cosmetics or fragrances contains

• Alcohol and being exposed to the sun. Remember alcohol+ sun = spots in many persons.

• Some medicines such as some medicines for the high pressure, the diabetes, the insomnia and the contraceptive tablets.

• The acne, little irritations on having shaved or scratch they can produce some spots, if these spots are not exposed to the Sun it will disappeared in the course of several months. 

•  The exhibition to the Sun without protection.  

GENERAL  TREATMENT FOR SPOTS IN THE SKIN: 

Creams and lotions whiten. These creams help to clarify all kinds of spots in the skin already be with or without medical prescription  so the strongest have higher concentrations of the active ingredients and normally they need medical recepie. This type of creams contains solar blockaders and acid alpha - hidroxido that they facilitate the defoliation of the dead skin at the time that they protect the new skin from the harmful effects of the Sun. 

Creams and lotions exfoliantes. There are several types of these creams, the more common contains acid alpha hidroxidos or acid beta hidroxidos. These creams accelerate the exfolation of the spots so that gradually they disappear. The cosmetic creams that contains these ingredients have concentrations of 3 % to 8 %, for creams with major concentrations it need medical recipe

SPECIALIZING TREATMENT:

The Chemical exfolation: These treatments make them the dermatologists and some aesthetics. In these types of treatment more than 30 % the skin gets irritate and sometimes it is a necessary to take long time to get over

The Microdermabracion: It is one of the more useful treatment. It causes few side effects and it is very sure and effective. It has the advantage of eliminating spots without causing pain and with a few hours of treatment.

Laser Treatment: This treatment is very strong to eliminate the spots, it is effective but it is not recommended for all the skins. It is used in special cases.

Natural Treatment

1. Shell of Mother-of-pearl: To put on the spots that you want to eliminate cream of shell of mother-of-pearl every nights

2. Elder: To wash the affected zone with little warm water of elder, likewise to scrub with the same plant directly. Repeat every day until the skin recovers his colour.

3. Tuna: To soften in a water pitcher during the whole day the leaf of a squashed well tuna, then to wash with this water the part of the body with spots. The treatment must last at least from five to six weeks.

4. Lemon: To apply lemon juice on the skin, this cleared the spots and it will give brilliance to the skin.
